We guide fellow entrepreneurs to Lead with Purpose.    Founded by Emily Weltman in 2019, coFLOWco helps grow agencies and startups by guiding female leadership in all areas of their biz. Prior to entrepreneurship, Emily spent 20+ years in corporate creative and agency cultures in design, account, production, and biz dev roles. Leveraging her Masters in Art Education, Emily manages and mentor others, leading courses and workshops at the intersection of design and business. Emily's passion for education and pitching matches her drive for pay equity. Emily's purpose: creating parity for everyone, one leader at a time.
