“Become a Successful Leader (Inclusive Leadership Training)” is a free online course that teaches key leadership skills linked to inclusive, successful teams.

• How to develop and refine the key inclusive leadership skills of Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, and Humility—known as the “EACH” framework.

“Become a Successful Leader” takes about a month to complete if you dedicate 1 to 2 hours per week to the course. This course is offered by Catalyst through EdX, an online educational platform that gives you access to hundreds of free college-level courses.
